After a 2 week hiatus I'm back to blogging again. I've actually been pretty busy lately, plus this new thing they call "Twitter" is taking up a lot of my time.

Anyways after getting tired of doing this mix live every time, I decided to just make a Bass remix out of it.

I know I know a lot of you don't support this type of music, but the Clayton County in me couldn't resist to remix it. I hope my version makes it a little bit more bearable for you.

Productive Weekend

Despite all the recent happenings, I've managed to enjoy life by sharing a hobby with a good friend of mine.

I'm teaching her how to spin in the hopes that she will be better than most DJs I see at the clubs with horrible gimmicks and even worse dance moves. Its been only 2 days and she's learning quick...By the time April rolls around you never know...she might be spinning at a party near YOU!

Festivus! The holiday for people like us! A FESTIVUS FOR THE REST OF US!!!

I first heard about this from watching Seinfeld as a kid about 10 years ago.

"The origins of the Festivus celebration can be dated back to one man's refusal to conform to the increased commercialism and consumerism which has saturated the December holiday season."

Festivus Pole
An aluminum pole is used to celebrate this holiday. The pole was chosen apparently in opposition to the commercialization of highly decorated Christmas trees, because it is "very low-maintenance," and good "Strength to Weight Ratio."

At the beginning of the Festivus dinner, each participant tells friends and family of all the instances where they disappointed him or her that year.

"The original Festivus meal consisted of spaghetti (or what might have passed for meatloaf) covered in a red sauce. But established custom aside, it can consist of whatever you want to eat (so long as it never wore feathers)."
